We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, all pieces must be returned in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and with the hygiene protection sticker, tags, and original packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiries@naulilaswimwear.com, including your order number and request. Once received, we will guide you through the next steps to complete the process.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. After receiving and carefully inspecting the item, we will proceed with the exchange or issue a refund within up to 5 working days, using the original method of payment.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible. In the event of shipping issues or delays, we will always do our best to assist and ensure a smooth resolution.
